DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FORM
To register your company so that you have you have exclusive rights to your domain name on the Internet, the information below is required by InterNIC, the Internet's registration board.

• CHARGES: We charge $100 to register and assign/authenticate your IP# and activate your domain, per each domain name. Web Hosting your domain is an additional $150 per year, per domain. These charges are payable in advance by credit card or check. Your Credit Card will not be charged until INTERNIC authenticates your domain. Domains will not be processed until the check arrives.
• INTERNIC: In addition, your company will receive an invoice directly from Network Solutions (InterNIC) for $100.00 for the use of you domain name for the period of two (2) years. This invoice must be paid on time or InterNIC will revoke your name.
